GARY ROSATO
President RMS/Corporate Real Estate Broker

Gary started his career in real estate in 1988, starting out as a licensed real estate agent for one of Western New York’s most prestigious family owned real estate firms. Gary broke into the business working with first time home buyers and investors purchasing property in the Buffalo area and its surrounding suburbs. Eventually he moved into the new home construction and property development end of the business, he handled the marketing and helped in the development of the Galleria Village Condominiums located in Cheektowaga, New York and was an integral part in the development and sole marketing agent of Meadow Woods Estates, a 40 lot high end subdivision located in the town of Wheatfield, New York.

In 1992, Gary started managing a few small portfolios for local Investors. As the business grew he concentrated his efforts more toward property management then sales, and in 1994 he received his New York State Real Estate brokers license. In February of 1995, Rosato Management Services was incorporated and Gary started working full time managing properties for local and out of town investors. In 2006, his wife Nina joined him in the now, “family business”. Together they offer a vast amount of knowledge and an extensive range of experience in the property management field. 

NINA ROSATO

A former librarian from England, Nina has worked in the property management field since coming to the USA in 1979. She was responsible for managing several federally subsidized Section 8 apartment complexes and rental properties in the city of Buffalo until 1986 when she was hired by a large local property management company to manage their luxury apartments, duplexes and single family rental homes scattered throughout the Western New York area. During her career Nina won a number of achievement awards. She joined Rosato Management Services Inc. in 2006, bringing with her the knowledge and expertise gained throughout her extensive property management career.

JULIA G. ROSATO

Julia Rosato is a recent graduate of the University at Buffalo with double majors in International Business & International Studies, as well as a minor in Japanese.  She joined Rosato Management Services, Inc. in 2014, training as Assistant Property Manager.  In 2015 Julia qualified as a NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and is gaining experience in real estate sales and the marketing of investment properties.

JASON REDDING

Jason Redding has worked with Rosato Management Services, Inc. for many years and in various capacities. Jason is a licensed real estate salesperson. He is also our Senior Investment Property Consultant working with our clients to locate, and purchase profitable investment properties. When our clients are ready to sell their property, he works with them to list their property for sale, conduct showings and guide them toward the final closing. Jason is also the owner of JP Redding Contracting Inc., employing several maintenance technicians who service the rental properties responding to tenant service requests and conducting the necessary routine maintenance to keep the properties up to code. Jason is also qualified in lead base paint and asbestos abatement techniques in accordance with EPA requirements. He and his crew have worked on a number of property rehabs, increasing not only the value of the rehabbed property but also increasing neighborhood property values.

WALTER OLSZOWY
Associate Real Estate Broker
Having worked within the Real Estate profession for over 18 years, Walt has experienced the many changes that have taken place to the benefit of both the Realtor and Customer/Client. He has worked in the residential, and investment real estate fields as an ad agent and associate broker since 1996. For 3 years he maintained an appraiser apprentice license and also has extensive experience in the REO valuation process for banks and asset management companies.

Walt is our Head Leasing Agent and his responsibilities include showing the vacant units and interviewing rental applicants. He works with the accepted applicants to sign the lease and move them into their new homes.

His experience from working in both the residential and corporate arenas of the real estate industry has afforded him a wealth of knowledge that we believe will be a benefit to our customers and clients. In addition Walt has had several years experience owning rental properties and understands the unique needs and intricacies of investment property ownership.
